Website terms
These terms apply to primitiveai.com.au, run by Primitive AI Labs Pty Ltd, trading as Primitive AI (ABN 86 701 195 708), Perth, Western Australia. Each of our products has its own terms, which apply when you use that product.
1. What this site is
This site describes products we are building. Primitive Pass and Primitive Pages are in public beta; our other products are coming soon or in development. Features, timing and pricing may change, and descriptions of planned features are not a promise that they will ship in that form. We will always offer a free tier. It includes a Primitive account with our password manager and a set amount of storage. What the free tier includes may change over time, but we won't remove it.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create an account or oblige you or us to anything. We'll email you about the beta. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your email address.
3. Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, overload it or sign up other people without their permission. The site's content, names and logos belong to Primitive AI or its licensors.
4. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we provide the site as is.
5. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by changing this page and its date. These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia.
